The expansive trade show portion of the conference is held within the Coast Kamloops Hotel & Convention Centre’s main Ballroom, hallways, Columbia Room, and Salon’s A&B – featuring over 90x exhibitor spaces! The Trade Show portion of the conference is open to the public to walk through by donation (minimum suggested $5/person). Funds raised through public attendance will be placed directly towards KEG’s Children’s Outreach programming.
All past (2025) booth and display holders have first right of refusal on re-booking spaces until midnight on February 6, 2026. All un-booked spaces will then become available to new display holders on KEG’s Exhibitor Waitlist on February 9, 2026 and will be contacted directly by our Conference Coordinator with details on the process.

Exhibitor Staff (Trade Show ONLY) Pass:
Delegate Badge, access to Trade Show, daily coffee/snacks, access to Ice Breaker (April 13, 2026 – evening event).
Prospector Display - $150 +gst (must register as Full Delegate to be able to purchase a display space on registration form) Includes: • 1 x 6’ black skirted table • 1 x 6’ x 4’ backboard • 2 x folding chairs Note: If you display during the full conference times noted, all Prospectors will receive a display refund at the end of the show.
Notes: • The Conference centre is fully carpeted and in good working order. • Our show services provider will provide each exhibitor the items listed above. • The show services provider will NOT have additional items for rental on-site. Please bring needed items with you. • The Coast Hotel & Conference Centre will NOT accept shipped items for the event. They do not have a storage area. Should you require delivery, please arrange ensuring a staff member from your organization will be on-site to receive. • Parking will be limited during the Tuesday and Wednesday portions of the event. Please schedule your arrival accordingly. Free parking is available along Rogers Way in many sections.
