Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre


The inaugural KEG Conference took place 37 years ago led by a small group of dedicated individuals who were passionate about providing a platform to discuss industry-specific topics and create positive networking opportunities. Today, the KEG Conference has grown to include numerous individuals and businesses and continues to provide an informative and networking-based platform connecting prospectors, geologists, suppliers, manufacturers, and investors alike.

Notes:
• The Conference centre is fully carpeted and in good working order.
• Our show services provider will provide each exhibitor the items listed above.
• The show services provider will NOT have additional items for rental on-site. Please bring needed items with you.
• The Coast Hotel & Conference Centre will NOT accept shipped items for the event. They do not have a storage area. Should you require delivery, please arrange ensuring a staff member from your organization will be on-site to receive.
• Parking will be limited during the Tuesday and Wednesday portions of the event. Please schedule your arrival accordingly. Free parking is available along Rogers Way in many sections.

All Exhibitor Set-up/Tear-down Timing
Upon arrival at the Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre, please locate the Conference Registration Desk (located on the bottom floor beside the East entry doors) to pick up Delegate passes and receive further set-up information.
• Monday April 13, 2026 - 5:00pm* to 9:00pm - Exhibitor Set-up
• Tuesday April 14, 2026 - 7:00am to 8:30am - Final Exhibitor Set-up
• Tuesday, April 14, 2026 - 8:30am to 5:00pm - Display
• Wednesday, April 15, 2026 - 8:30am to 4:00pm** - Display
• Wednesday, April 15, 2026 - 4:00pm to 6:00pm - Exhibitor Take-down

*To comply with liability insurance policies and ensure the safety of all exhibitors, delegates and staff, no Exhibitor may set-up until 5:00pm and/or the show services provider has completed full trade show floor set-up.


**All exhibitors MUST not teardown or remove items from booth space until 4pm on April 15, 2026 as this creates a safety liability issue for both fellow exhibitors, and attending members of the public. Empty spaces prior to 4pm will risk losing first right of refusal on space the following year. Prospectors who exhibit until end of show will receive display funds paid ($150+gst) returned electronically.


Extra equipment and services (e.g. lighting, etc.) can be arranged through GK Sound (778.471.4794). Extra equipment will NOT be available on site and MUST be pre-arranged prior to event. Limited quantities available.


Core Shack Display - $325.00 (must purchase Full Delegate pass to be eligible to order display space)

Location: Hilltop Room (within Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre)

Come gather among fellow geologists, prospectors, manufacturers, and more for an evening of recognition, food, and socialization. The evening will commence with a Welcome speech and then the awarding of two awards of recognition for outstanding service and contribution to the mineral industry – The Ron Wells Award and The Gold Pick Award.

A delicious buffet-style dinner will follow.

Apres dinner entertainment to follow. Further details to be announced in new year.

Note: Tickets for the Banquet MUST be pre-purchased online before registration closes. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door.

Trade Show ONLY Public Viewing Pass - By Donation (suggested $5/person)
The Trade Show is open to members of the public to attend. Passes may be pre-purchased online through our event registration portal for $5/each from April 14, 2026 onwards, and 100% of funds collected will be placed towards our Children's Community Outreach Program over the course of the year. Alternatively, cash will be accepted at the door at the Registration Table. Suggested donation $5/person. Please note card transactions cannnot be accepted unless paying online through portal. Public Passes will grant access to the Trade Show portion of the event. For those wishing to take in Technical Talks, a Delegate Pass must be purchased.

Notes: Lunches are NOT offered/included at this event, only coffee breaks. 5% gst will be added to all prices listed. Details on the Women in Mining South Central Branch Wine Social, 2026 Field Trip and 2026 Short Course will be confirmed in the new year. Please note that the annual Delegate Hockey Game will not held as part of the 2026 event.

*Please note that Monday, April 13, 2026 from 6pm to 7:30pm and Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from 7am to 10am are anticipated to be very busy times at the Registration Desk. Please plan your arrival to allow for ample time to move through our check in process to pick up your Delegate Badge and more.


**Please note that Delegate Badges for fellow staff members will NOT be handed out to accompanying staff. For identification security reasons, staff members must check in and pick up passes individually. Thank you for your understanding. Identification will be requested from all whom our staff do not personally know.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds:
Prior to and including March 6, 2026, any delegate directed cancellation will be assessed a $75 CAD administrative fee. Should the Kamloops Exploration Group be forced to cancel the event due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: global pandemic, terrorism, acts of war, acts of god or similar acts; fire; flood; earthquake; natural disaster, stock market disruptions; quarantine restrictions or travel advisories, all funds will be returned with the exception of a $75 CAD administrative fee.
