The inaugural KEG Conference took place 37 years ago led by a small group of dedicated individuals who were passionate about providing a platform to discuss industry-specific topics and create positive networking opportunities. Today, the KEG Conference has grown to include numerous individuals and businesses and continues to provide an informative and networking-based platform connecting prospectors, geologists, suppliers, manufacturers, and investors alike.
Conference Fees (Brief Overview):
Early Bird/Regular Full Delegate Pass: Delegate Badge with access to two days of Technical Talks, Trade Show access, daily coffee/snack breaks, 2x drink tickets, 1x Ice Breaker drink ticket (April 7, 2025 – evening event), complimentary KEG Membership.
Regular Delegate Pass:

One Day Delegate Pass:
Delegate Badge with access to single day access to Technical Talks, Trade Show access, single day coffee/snack breaks, 1x drink ticket, complimentary KEG Membership. Tuesday Passes will also receive 1x Ice Breaker drink ticket (April 7, 2025 – evening event).

Trade Show Booth - $650.00 +gst Includes: • 8’ deep x 10’ wide OR 6’ deep x 10’ wide booth space (dependent on location) • Black draped back and side walls • 1 x 6’ black skirted table • 2 x folding chairs • Access to standard electrical outlet • 1 x Full Delegate registration (access to trade show, technical talks, daily coffee/tea/snacks, 2x drink tickets, 1x Ice Breaker Drink Ticket and access to Ice Breaker event) Notes: • The Conference centre is fully carpeted and in good working order. • Our show services provider will provide each exhibitor the items listed above. • The show services provider will NOT have additional items for rental on-site. Please bring needed items with you. • The Coast Hotel & Conference Centre will NOT accept shipped items for the event. They do not have a storage area. Should you require delivery, please arrange ensuring a staff member from your organization will be on-site to receive. • Parking will be limited during the Tuesday and Wednesday portions of the event. Please schedule your arrival accordingly. Free parking is available along Rogers Way in many sections. Banquet Ticket - $100+gst Date: Tuesday April 8, 2025 Time: 6:30pm to 9:00pm Location: Hilltop Room (within Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre) Come gather among fellow geologists, prospectors, manufacturers, and more for an evening of recognition, food, and socialization. The evening will commence with a Welcome speech and then the awarding of two awards of recognition for outstanding service and contribution to the mineral industry – The Ron Wells Award and The Gold Pick Award. A delicious buffet-style dinner will follow. Apres dinner, sit back, get your thinking caps on, and be ready to be entertained as you take part in a fun-filled table vs table trivia challenge hosted by Tremendous Trivia! The challenge will consist of three rounds. Will your table earn the bragging rights of being the 2025 KEG Banquet Trivia Champions? Note: Tickets for the Banquet MUST be pre-purchased online before online registration closes. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door.
Notes: Lunches are not included within Delegate passes, only coffee breaks. 5% gst will be added to all prices listed. Women in Mining Wine Social, Field Trip and Short Course details will be added in the new year.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds: Prior to and including March 14, 2025, any delegate directed cancellation will be assessed a $75 CAD administrative fee. Should the Kamloops Exploration Group be forced to cancel the event due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: global pandemic, terrorism, acts of war, acts of god or similar acts; fire; flood; earthquake; natural disaster, stock market disruptions; quarantine restrictions or travel advisories, all funds will be returned with the exception of a $75 CAD administrative fee.
