The inaugural KEG Conference took place 37 years ago led by a small group of dedicated individuals who were passionate about providing a platform to discuss industry-specific topics and create positive networking opportunities. Today, the KEG Conference has grown to include numerous individuals and businesses and continues to provide an informative and networking-based platform connecting prospectors, geologists, suppliers, manufacturers, and investors alike.
DELEGATE REGISTRATION PROCESS APRIL 3 to APRIL 15, 2026 Please note that all registrations must be processed by the purchaser through our online portal prior to and during our event. To ensure personal information is kept secure, staff cannot process credit cards through on-site volunteer/staff computer systems; however, can assist purchasers onsite if needed, as they navigate the registration portal via their personal cell phone or tablet. The Registration Desk will not have access to a debit machine. Should an attendee need to pay in cash, exact change will be needed to provide on-site staff. Please note all fees will be charged GST on top of fee amount noted online. DELEGATE CHECK-IN PROCEDURES APRIL 13-15, 2026 Registered Delegates are asked to please check in at the Registration Desk that is located on the main Conference Centre Floor (just inside the East parking lot doors). Please follow signage to form a line to the noted side of the Registration Desk for check-in. Delegates will be asked to present a form of legal photo identification to staff/volunteers to verify identity. Please note – badges for additional company members/friends etc will not be handed out in bulk. Each individual must check in on their own to ensure badges are provided to the correct individual.

We are pleased to share that a full-day private tour of Nicola Mining Inc's Craigmont Mine, located approximately 45 minutes south of Kamloops, has been added to our 2026 event schedule. Participants will enjoy round-trip shuttle transportation to and from the site, along with a guided experience that includes viewing drill core, a tour of the mill, and opportunities to see the pit and tailings area, along with additional site highlights. Cancellation Policy & Refunds: Prior to and including March 6, 2026, any delegate directed cancellation will be assessed a $75 CAD administrative fee. Should the Kamloops Exploration Group be forced to cancel the event due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: global pandemic, terrorism, acts of war, acts of god or similar acts; fire; flood; earthquake; natural disaster, stock market disruptions; quarantine restrictions or travel advisories, all funds will be returned with the exception of a $75 CAD administrative fee.
