The inaugural KEG Conference took place 37 years ago led by a small group of dedicated individuals who were passionate about providing a platform to discuss industry-specific topics and create positive networking opportunities. Today, the KEG Conference has grown to include numerous individuals and businesses and continues to provide an informative and networking-based platform connecting prospectors, geologists, suppliers, manufacturers, and investors alike.
Online delegate registration will open at 9am on February 12, 2024.
Public access to the KEG Conference tradeshow is open to visit on April 9 & 10, 2024. A minor donation will be requested, with proceeds to the KEG Outreach Program fund (minimum suggestion of $5/person). Please note - cash or credit card only; NO debit.
DELEGATE BADGE PICK-UP:
Upon arrival at the Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre, please locate the Conference Registration Desk (located on the bottom floor beside the East entry doors) to pick up Delegate passes and receive further set-up information. There will be two lines. One to register for the Conference and one for pre-registered Delegates to pick up their badges.

Trade Show Booth - $625.00 +gst Includes: • 8’ deep x 10’ wide OR 6’ deep x 10’ wide booth space (dependent on location) • Black draped back and side walls • 1 x 6’ black skirted table • 2 x folding chairs • Access to standard electrical outlet • 1 x Full Delegate registration (access to trade show, technical talks, daily coffee/tea/snacks, 2x drink tickets, 1x Ice Breaker Drink Ticket and access to Ice Breaker event)
Core Shack Display - $300.00 +gst (must register as Full Delegate to be able to purchase a display space on registration form) Includes: • 1 x 6’ black skirted tables • 1 x 6’ x 4’ backboard • 2 x folding chairs
Prospector Display - $150 +gst (must register as Full Delegate to be able to purchase a display space on registration form) Includes: • 1 x 6’ black skirted table • 1 x 6’ x 4’ backboard • 2 x folding chairs Note: If you display during the full conference times noted, all Prospectors will receive a display refund at the end of the show.
(Must be registered as a Delegate to sign-up and attend. This person may then purchase additional tickets under their order for accompanying staff, spouse, etc)

Lunches are not included within Delegate passes, only coffee breaks. 5% gst will be added to all prices listed.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds: Prior to and including March 15, 2024, any delegate directed cancellation will be assessed a $75 CAD administrative fee. Should the Kamloops Exploration Group be forced to cancel the event due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: global pandemic, terrorism, acts of war, acts of god or similar acts; fire; flood; earthquake; natural disaster, stock market disruptions; quarantine restrictions or travel advisories, all funds will be returned with the exception of a $75 CAD administrative fee.
